JON ARCHER - Owner and Creative Director

As a filmmaker, Jon has years of experience in music promos, promotional content, corporate communication and event shooting. He is passionate about visual communication and is an experienced self shooter, writer, producer, director, and editor.

When he hasn't got his head buried in cameras and lenses, he is busy as the proud owner of a season ticket at his beloved Leicester City.

MATTHEW MELLALIEU - Producer and Content Director

Matt is our talented producer and editor who first cut his teeth on showreels and promos. He's also produced his own dramatic work and new writing. In addition to this he's also a brilliant actor, voice over artist and sound recordist!

When he finds time, Matt follows Man United and plays a bit of badminton.

CARLOS DUQUE - Musician and Composer

Not only is Carlos an incredibly skilled multi-instrumentalist touring musician and teacher, he's also a gifted composer and music producer. He regularly tours world wide with his band having recently played across Europe, USA and South America.

He collects guitar FX peddles, old synths and band T-shirts. The guy eats, sleeps, breathes music.
